We offer different shipping options depending on your location and the products you order. If you place your order before 5:00 PM, we aim to deliver it the next day.

The available options and associated rates are displayed during checkout. Orakl strives to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day of receiving the order.

2. Shipping costs

Free shipping applies to orders within the Netherlands. This means that you do not have to pay extra shipping costs if you have your order delivered within the Netherlands.

For orders to Belgium and Germany, a modest contribution of €2.75 will be charged. This contribution helps us cover international shipping costs. We strive to ship your order as efficiently as possible, so that your products arrive at their destination quickly and safely!

3. Delivery times

Our usual delivery time is that if you place an order before 5:00 PM, you can usually expect your order the next day. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. International orders

Orakl ships orders to all countries within the European Union. Delivery time may vary and is usually between 2 and 5 days depending on the specific country of destination.

5. Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns within this period.

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when received. Unless the product is defective or the return is the result of an error on our part.
